ADVERTISING FEATURE

WE'RE OUT AND ABOUT Geoff Gwilym VACC CEO One thing that makes VACC stand out from the crowd is our commitment to engage with members and to really listen to their needs.

We have six dedicated Area Managers who look after all our members, whether they are in Mildura or Hamilton, Phillip Island or Wangaratta. You may have seen them in their white and orange-branded VACC cars.

VACC Area Managers spend their days, weeks and months travelling to member and nonmember businesses to learn from automotive professionals first hand.

Area Managers can help connect members with support and advice around complex employment laws, and delicate sta?ng and payroll issues.

They can plug members into technical information support, and experts who can provide them with an occupational health and safety inspection to ensure compliance with current regulations.

Area Managers are also the conduit between members and our industry policy team, who are experts in their industry sector and the ones who can make meaningful change with governments and regulators important things that can make or break a business.

Area Managers can be an extension of VACC member operations and exist to help members run better businesses.

They're the people who can really help and support them and connect them to something bigger.

Face-to-face engagement is still important at VACC.

It's a huge commitment I mean, can you imagine any other association going so far for its members? but we're up for it and every day I see the benefit.
