ADVERTISING FEATURE

WHAT DOES IT MEAN?

Even though VACC has been the automotive peak body in Victorian/Tasmania for over 100 years, people still ask me what's the value proposition to VACC members?

It's a great question and one which VACC uses to measure its value to members and ensure we're delivering services that business really need.

Associations don't only lobby on behalf of their members.

That's a key part of an association's role, but today members want and expect more than that.

For example, VACC has a large workplace relations team with dedicated industrial relations and occupational health, safety and environment professionals that assist members with the full range of employment and safety-related workplace issues.

It's important to note that many of these services are provided at no cost to members as part of their membership subscription with the remainder provided at subsidised rates.

VACC also has a range of commercial business alliances that can put money back into members' pockets, sometimes thousands of dollars a year.

There is training provision and direct member engagement that picks up key issues that inform VACC's policy advocacy.

There's much more, but what it comes down to is protecting VACC members through professional service provision and helping them run better businesses by delivering the right information at the right time.

I'm sure our members sleep better knowing VACC is there to protect them and help grow their business.

If you're a VACC member, thank you for supporting your peak body and making a di?erence in the lives of Victorians. If you're not a member, go to vacc.com.au and be part of something bigger.
